Vivid Blue-Green Peruvian Shattuckite Pebble

This opaque shattuckite from Peru has an unusually vivid blue-green color. Its complex pattern gives the impression of several mineral textures meeting within a single polished pebble.

Joun believes the surface may have been polished by hand. The color has not been enhanced, allowing the material’s natural intensity and variation to remain the focus.

Shattuckite is a secondary copper mineral and should be handled gently, preferably with a soft cloth. Avoid washing it with water or leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods.
