EARTH RIVER ships selected mineral specimens from Japan to customers in the United Kingdom via DHL Express.

At this time, our UK shipping area is intentionally limited to England and Wales so that each order can be delivered with reliable tracking and appropriate customs handling.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to physical street addresses in:

• England
• Wales

We currently do not ship to:

• Scotland
• Northern Ireland
• PO Boxes
• British Forces addresses

Some remote locations may also be unavailable if reliable DHL Express delivery cannot be arranged.

If we are unable to ship securely to the address provided, we will contact you before processing the order.

Shipping Method

All UK orders are shipped from Japan via DHL Express.

Tracking is provided for every shipment.

For higher-value specimens, additional delivery requirements such as signature confirmation may be used when appropriate.

Shipping Cost

Free DHL Express shipping is available on orders of $300 or more.

For orders under $300, the shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts have been applied.

Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

UK orders are generally shipped on a duties-and-taxes-paid basis.

Applicable import duties, VAT, and related import charges are handled as part of the order and shipping process whenever applicable.

Our aim is to avoid unexpected customs or tax payment requests when your DHL Express shipment arrives.

The amount and treatment of VAT or import charges may vary according to the value of the shipment and applicable UK import regulations.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum merchandise subtotal for shipping to the United Kingdom is $220.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $220 are currently not eligible for UK delivery.

This minimum applies after any discounts have been applied and does not include shipping charges.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive DHL Express tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
