US Shipping

EARTH RIVER ships selected mineral specimens from Japan to customers in the United States via DHL Express.

We keep our shipping area intentionally limited so that each order can be delivered with reliable tracking and appropriate customs handling.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to physical street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

We currently do not ship to:

- Alaska

- Hawaii

- Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories

- PO Boxes

- APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

Some remote locations may also be unavailable if reliable DHL Express delivery cannot be arranged.

If we are unable to ship securely to the address provided, we will contact you before processing the order.

Shipping Method

All U.S. orders are shipped via DHL Express from Japan.

Tracking is provided for every shipment.

For higher-value specimens, additional delivery requirements such as signature confirmation may be used when appropriate.

Shipping Cost

Free DHL Express shipping is available on orders of $300 or more.

For orders under $300, the shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts have been applied.

Duties & Import Taxes

We ship U.S. orders using DHL Express Duties and Taxes Paid (DTP).

Applicable import duties and taxes processed through DHL are billed to EARTH RIVER rather than collected from you upon delivery.

This allows the import process to be handled as smoothly as possible, without an unexpected duty or tax payment request from DHL at your door.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum merchandise subtotal for shipping to the United States is $100.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $100 are currently not eligible for U.S. delivery.

This minimum applies after any discounts have been applied and does not include shipping charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive DHL Express tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
